As a hands-on Creative Director you know how to have fun at your job and have the ability to infuse emotion into creative imagery that engages and inspires the target audience.
You create compelling creative concepts that connect with the audience on an emotional and intellectual level without resorting to “Better than Botox” and “Miracle in a Bottle” marketing hype.
You possess a deep understanding of user-centered research, Content Strategy, Copywriting, Design, Print collateral, Front-end development and Interactive development.
You will play a key leadership role working with User Interface Designers, Graphic artists, Marketing, Web Development, Sr. Management and outside contractors for photography, video and printing.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, develop and manage a “best in class” Creative product
- Direct your team to develop great creative as well as jump in yourself to do hands-on creation of print and interactive layouts and graphics.
- Analytical skills are required to evaluate market reports, trade statistics and other quantitative information.
- Manage creative teams and tracks of work, including:

Capacity requirements:
- 10+ years of industry experience in a well established, creative role with a proven track record of success, agency and in-house experience a plus
- Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of management and co-workers
- Knowledge of print collateral, direct marketing, online advertising, web experiences, and copywriting with proven conceptual, design and copywriting abilities. Ecommerce and catalog experience a plus.
- Must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques

Job DescriptionPaula’s Choice is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service/Sales Consultant to join our team. As a high level member of our service team, you will be acting as a brand ambassador by cultivating our brand awareness to our domestic, international consumers both wholesale and retail.
As a Level III Customer Service/Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be cultivating, promoting and driving our wholesale partner program to the next level. Ultimately, you will become the driving force behind our reseller model called Paula’s Choice Partner Program. This will include conducting sales calls by using a house list our clients working to increase sales, ensure client satisfaction and promote product sell through. Additionally, you will need to identify new sales targets to increase this area of our business, assist marketing department in the planning and execution of promotions related to our reseller program and provide customer support ensuring clients receive needed ongoing training, sales support and new product samples/materials.
Along with all of our Customer Service Consultants you will also be responsible for answering, researching and resolving customer questions, inquires and concerns in an accurate, efficient and timely manner which you must be able to communicate effectively through various forms of mediums such as live chat, e-mail and telephone.
You will need strong account management experience combined with a track record of success in selling products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and sell the Paula’s Choice brand and philosophy
- Implementing marketing strategies - working with marketing, sales, and our admin team you will implement strategies to increase sales and raise brand awareness related to our PC Partner program
- To develop and implement a promotions and communications plan that will build relationships with our PC Partner clients and ultimately increase sales. To include PR, advertising, direct mail, web marketing and other innovative communications methods
- Creating new ideas and development of support materials for the PC Program
- Manage wholesale partner program accounts and records
- Coach PC Partners in the best practices of Paula’s Choice merchandise strategies, standards, and presentation
- Work with service and marketing teams to ensure they execute our deliverables

- Make product suggestions and answer customer’s questions
- Process orders returns and exchanges (retail & wholesale)

Skill requirements:
- 2-5 years experience as a Customer Service/Sales Consultant, Lead or Wholesale Business Representative preferably with a retail sales background

International Marketing and Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an International Marketing and Business Development Manager for our Internet based cosmetics company. This dynamic person would be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our international partnerships in over 35 countries by reviewing and reinforcing marketing strategies, overseeing content and pricing consistency, prioritizing various needs of the distributors, communicating product information, and coordinating and participating in our team’s efforts for customer service training. The International Marketing Manager is also responsible for establishing a vision of oversees opportunities and expansion.
Skill requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business marketing along with previous related experience is essential.
- Previous Internet marketing experience a must.
- Previous experience developing international retail markets.
- Understanding of global markets, preferably as it relates to the cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with the international trade environment, including legal, economic, financial, regulatory, political and cultural aspects. It is particularly important to comprehend the effect that cultural values have on product demand and on business practices.
- Analytical skills are required to evaluate market reports and other quantitative information.
