DERMALOGICA Anti-Bac Skin Wash ($29.50 for 8.4 ounces) is a standard, detergent-based cleanser that also contains mint, menthol and camphor, none of which serve any purpose for skin other than to cause irritation and inflammation. This does contain triclosan, an anti-bacterial ingredient that has no research showing it to be effective for acne, despite the fact that there is a controversy as to whether daily use may be problematic in regard to generating bacterial resistance.
